How do I arrange care for myself or a family member?

The LIVECARE LTD office will be happy to guide you through your requirements over the phone and then arrange a free no obligation assessment which will normally be carried out and completed within your home.

Are your care staff trained?

All the staff employed at LIVECARE LTD are trained to the national standards required by local regulatory bodies. Staff are required to undertake mandatory training as well as a two-week shadowing period where they develop their practical skills. Additional training is also offered and encouraged for staff at LIVECARE LTD to ensure they are fully trained when required to support complex care needs.

Do you provide homecare in my area?

We currently provide homecare and support within Bingley and the surrounding areas of Wilsden, Harden, Micklethwaite, Gilstead, Crossflatts, East Morton, Keighley, Steeton and Silsden.

Will I receive the same carer on each visit?

Continuity is extremely important to us at LIVECARE LTD and to our service users, our carers are allocated to the service users to ensure continuity is promoted and maintained at all times.
